This charming period property is one of the earliest surviving Islington homes and is included in the British Museum Collection Database.
This cottage was in need of a carefully carried out refurbishment. The building was suffering from structural damage caused by water penetration from both the roof and basement. The front steps, facade and decorative moulding's were also in need of a major overhaul. Our client took the opportunity to refurbish the property completely and allowed us to involve Appleton Weiner Architects in the re-design of the interior.
